Kate decides that he wants to work in the newest business venture, Jackie, catering and provide healthy lunches kids, but when they do not agree as to the quality versus quantity, things get messed. Elsewhere, Pete Warren and Bert take on lessons Karate in the hope that it will teach them discipline and integrity, but the instructor Sensei Rick (featuring Rob Corddry), has a more combative approach.
